Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €20.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on the destination country. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status at any time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at motoboltmb@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
